Before you create an account

You need to be at least 13 years old to use Study64. If you're younger than 13, don't create an account.

Your account

Use an email address you control and keep your password private. Don't sign in through someone else's account. You're responsible for activity that happens through yours.

What you can upload

Only add notes, documents, and images that you're allowed to use. Study64 can't be used to violate someone's privacy or intellectual-property rights, break school rules, or ignore applicable law.

AI can get things wrong

Study64 uses AI to generate study material, grade short answers, and provide tutoring. Its responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or repetitive.

Check cards, questions, answers, grades, and explanations before relying on them. Study64 is a study aid; it doesn't replace your course materials, instructor, or professional advice.

Keep the service usable

Don't bypass product limits, disrupt the service, access another user's private data, probe service credentials, or send automated traffic that makes Study64 less available to other people.

Paid plans and Stripe

When paid-plan links are configured, Study64 may send you to a Stripe-hosted checkout page. Stripe handles the purchase and payment details. Deleting your Study64 account doesn't replace cancelling an active subscription; cancellation has to be resolved first.

The product will change

Study64 may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features as it develops. Free AI models and other third-party services can also be unavailable or rate-limited. If you need an independent copy of your study content, export it.

Deleting your account

A Free account can be deleted from Settings after you type the required confirmation. That deletion is permanent. Study64 blocks deletion for an account marked as a paid plan until subscription cancellation is handled.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Study64 and its developer aren't responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses connected to your use of the service or your inability to use it.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply where Study64 is operated. Disputes must be handled by a court with lawful jurisdiction there, unless applicable consumer law requires something else.
